Chaperonin: checking on proteins
Chaperonin assist in correct protein folding and it prevent protein unfolding and misfolding, which can cause diseases such as cancer. The chaperonins are important in understanding protein misfolding, aggregation and denaturation and cell signalling.

Chemistry of Life
Ribosome is a complex consisting of rRNA and proteins and
play crucial role in translation of mRNA into proteins.
Ribosomes are found in both prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells, it can be free floating in the cell or attached to the membranes of the endoplasmic reticulum in eukaryotic cells.
Ribosomes are composed of proteins and nucleic acids, and are formed from two subunits joined together, its function is to translate encoded information from the mRNA, and form chains of amino acids or polypeptides in the cytoplasm that are carried over by the tRNA.The polypeptide produced are then turned into functional proteins.
